PERSPECTIVE
A poor, young boy, during his childhood, experienced first-hand, the humiliation that was being faced by his country and his fellow citizens. He resolved at a young age to change the future of this country and make it a respectable one. He entered a political organization, only to become its head after some time. He anchored an agenda and exhorted people to support him and then, made a big move that could have altered the future of the country if it had not failed. He was imprisoned for a while, only to be released at a time when his country was tearing apart. He filled fellow citizens with optimism and promised a bright and secure future for his country. He was given some power but he ousted the entire government to turn into a dictator. And yes, you guessed it right. We are talking about the one and only, Adolf Hitler. He is widely acknowledged to have dictated Nazi Germany and also to have brutally massacred millions of jews.
Generally, when we hear his name, we tend to think of a monster and as a person who should never be reborn on Earth. But, has any one of us ever thought of him as an idol, or as someone to learn something from?
Many of the reactions would most presumably be something like - 'Pfft ... more like learn what not to do from him '. But, the truth is that there are numerous things that we can learn from Hitler and his life.
Deem him as a person who failed miserably and was sent to jail, who most probably, not even once(only a guess, because it sounds like that) changed his motive nor wanted to do so. That person knew what he wanted and never gave up, and in the end, he succeeded in achieving something way greater than he ever envisioned. Despite (approx) 75% of a country hating him, he did not budge. He made his motives clear and didn't fear doing what he wanted, only because people would oppose him or hate him, not even when the entire world despised him. According to him, what he was doing was right, so he worked hard until he achieved his goal.
Make sense!?
Unlike us, who do everything with a sense of fear, or of being hated, Hitler worked his path. He didn't care about the wrath of society. He did what he wanted and what he felt right, and might not have regretted it until his last minutes on Earth. To be honest, he might have been content when he fulfilled his dreams and until his downfall, when he would have gotten scared and hence, suicided. But this leads us to another view, wherein we know that despite the explicit powers he had over everything, he still was defeated. So, nothing is permanent in life, and this proves it, doesn't it?
I, in no way, am implying that what Hitler did was right or wrong. I am not to judge, everyone has their reasons. There are many inhumane crimes that he has committed over his lifetime, that I desperately hope are never again committed on this Earth. And also, his cause of death was suicide, and I pray that no one ever has to find themselves so unworthy, that they have to kill themselves. I am only trying to imply that, as much as it feels wrong to say that what he did was right, it is only that wrong to judge someone. They say that everything happens for a reason and I believe that true, and, we all have to understand that everyone has their reasons. The mental, physical, and societal opening of everybody is different, and situations can lead them to do things that are not right, or at least feel so. It is only right if we let bygones be bygones and try to learn from our past. Be it from our ancestors to people who are mentioned in our history books to our next-door neighbors. To judge is easy, but to understand an action from the perspective of the doer is tough, but that is right. To change our perspective and to be open to change is a virtue and so is accepting things as they are. Think about it.

Super jiya, u have spoken on a very controversial subject indeed. To judge another for thier actions is indeed easy. Like you I believe Hitler did what he did because it felt right to him. But the sufferings he brought on many people is also very real. I do not believe we should forget that. In the end your moral compass should lead your actions...very well written....
